At Tiny Tails Sanctuary, we place the highest priority on the health and well-being of our primates. Our 5-Year Hereditary Health Guarantee gives you peace of mind, ensuring your new companion is protected against major hereditary conditions. Your journey with your monkey is backed by our unwavering commitment to quality breeding and lifelong support.
Covered Conditions
If your primate develops any of the following hereditary conditions within the first five years of life, we will provide an immediate remedy:
*Defects must significantly impact the primate's quality of life to qualify for remedy.
Remedy Options
In the event that a covered condition is diagnosed, you may choose one of the following paths:
Replacement Companion
Receive a primate of equal value within 9 months. The original primate must be returned to Tiny Tails Sanctuary at the buyer's expense.
Full Refund
Receive 100% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping or specialized training). The primate must be returned to Tiny Tails Sanctuary at the buyer's expense.
Important Exclusions
Our guarantee focuses strictly on hereditary conditions. The following are not covered under this agreement:
- Viral or bacterial infections contracted after the initial 72-hour window.
- Accidental or physical injuries sustained in the buyer's care.
- Digestive illnesses (Giardia, Coccidiosis, Cryptosporidiosis).
- Illnesses resulting from chemicals, foreign object ingestion, poor diet, or environmental stress.
Primate Disposition Statement
While we carefully breed for health, temperament, and conformation, certain physical and personality traits are influenced by environment and growth. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for:
- Exact Fur Color/Shade
- Final Adult Size/Weight
- Specific Temperament
- Shedding Characteristics
Certification & Second Opinion
In the event of a health issue, certification from a qualified **Exotic/Primate Veterinarian** is required. Tiny Tails Sanctuary reserves the right to request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice, at our expense, to verify the diagnosis and ensure a fair assessment for both parties.
